1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and sivp2 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the sivp2.com website, along with all services, content, and features available therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or feature on the sivp2 platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them without any additional conditions.

2. Member Eligibility

Sivp2 reserves the right at any time to request proof of age, identity, or other eligibility documentation from any member. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or termination of your account.

Sivp2 employees, business partners, agents, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register as active members or participate in any promotional program offered by the platform. This policy exists to uphold the integrity and fairness of the platform for all users.

3. Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time on the sivp2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, IP addresses, or devices, are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Registration Process

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete and accurate information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian mobile number, a secure password, and relevant payment details. All information must match your official identification documents.

3.2 KYC Verification

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. sivp2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

Sivp2 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the chosen payment method and your membership tier. Funds deposited via bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the associated rollover requirements are met. sivp2 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may have their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Each bonus may only be claimed once only unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Sivp2 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses received through the referral program will only be credited after the referred friend makes their first valid deposit.

Sivp2 reserves the right to determine whether any attempt to abuse the bonus system has occurred. sivp2's decision in this matter is final and binding.

6. Game Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other members to defraud the gaming system.

• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Engaging in any money laundering activity or financing illegal activities through the sivp2 platform.
• Disclosing your login credentials to any third party or allowing others to access your account.

Any member found to have violated any of the above will face immediate action, which may include temporary suspension or permanent termination of account, forfeiture of balance and wins, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Sivp2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Unauthorized chargeback of withdrawal requests.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, sivp2 reserves the right to withhold the balance in your account. If termination occurs for any other reason, any valid account balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

The sivp2 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sivp2 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
